1. Lawful and authorized use

Use Agerra only for lawful activities and with the necessary rights to data, websites, accounts, and communications. Follow applicable privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, and electronic marketing rules, along with the applicable AI and integration providers’ policies.

2. Prohibited activities

Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, exploitation of children, unlawful discrimination, harassment, or other illegal harm. Do not upload content you have no right to use, scrape restricted sources without authorization, or send unsolicited communications contrary to law.

Do not bypass authentication, domain restrictions, rate limits, billing controls, or provider safeguards. Do not expose another workspace’s information, probe systems without authorization, or deliberately disrupt the service. Report suspected security issues privately to andrei@asynnc.com.

3. Responsible AI and tools

Clearly identify AI interactions where required. Test agent instructions and tools, minimize personal data, and arrange human oversight before consequential actions. Do not present generated medical, legal, or financial output as verified professional advice, or rely solely on AI for decisions affecting people’s legal rights or similarly significant interests.

Do not submit special-category data, criminal-offence records, payment card credentials, or other highly sensitive information unless the use has been specifically assessed and appropriately agreed. Restrict API and webhook permissions to the actions needed. You are responsible for recipients, content, permissions, and legal bases for messages or actions initiated by your configured tools.

4. Enforcement and reports

Report misuse to andrei@asynnc.com with enough detail to investigate, avoiding unnecessary personal data. We may investigate and restrict affected access as described in the Terms, taking account of severity, security, legal obligations, and available remedies.
