1. Cookies and browser storage

Agerra uses cookies and local storage for sign-in, preferences, embedded chat, and optional analytics. This policy covers Agerra’s website; a customer embedding our agent must also explain storage and third-party content on its own website.

2. Essential storage

NextAuth uses session, CSRF, and callback cookies, commonly next-auth.session-token, next-auth.csrf-token, and next-auth.callback-url, with __Secure- or __Host- prefixes where applicable. Their duration depends on authentication configuration and session renewal; CSRF and callback cookies support the sign-in flow.

cc_cookie records your consent choices (the configured consent library’s default duration is 182 days). sidebar_state stores the dashboard sidebar preference for seven days. Local storage may retain theme and currentWorkspaceId preferences and chatbot_guest_id for conversation continuity until cleared. Local storage has no automatic cookie-style expiry.

3. Optional analytics

Only with analytics consent, Google Analytics uses identifiers such as _ga and _ga_* to measure visits and usage. Google’s standard GA4 cookie duration is up to two years, subject to configuration, browser restrictions, and renewal.

Microsoft Clarity provides interaction analysis and session recordings. Its documented cookies include _clck (one year) and _clsk (one day); Microsoft may also use its domain cookies, such as MUID, according to its documentation and consent state. Actual lifetimes may change with provider configuration. See the official Google and Microsoft cookie documentation in the provider register.

The banner includes a marketing category, but no separate advertising pixel is currently configured in the reviewed website code. Essential security and error diagnostics are described in the Privacy Policy and are distinct from optional visitor analytics.

4. Your choices

Optional categories are off until you opt in. Use Cookie settings on this page or in the footer to accept, reject, or withdraw optional consent. On a saved change after analytics has loaded, the page reloads to stop already-running scripts. Withdrawal does not undo processing that occurred before it.

You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser. Doing so may sign you out, reset preferences, or lose chat continuity. Browser controls are needed for third-party cookies Agerra cannot directly clear.

5. Embedded content and contact

Chatbot video sections require selecting Load external video before a player is loaded, and YouTube players use privacy-enhanced mode. This does not guarantee that playback is free of tracking or replace any legally required consent. Other external images, video thumbnails, links, WhatsApp, and integrations may contact their providers when loaded or used. Their storage and data processing depend on the content and provider. Review their notices and the embedding website’s choices.
